The project is located in the middle of the University axis, one of Zagreb's many uncompleted legacies of modern urbanism. The building acts as a sort of a mediator, combining the office spaces with spaces for studying. Large volumes fill the void between two slabs, creating an intertwined space where work and studies collide. The load-bearing structure of the void thus becomes the structure of the building. Due to its prominent location, the ground floor is left open and becomes an extension of a newly planned park, connecting the building to the urban surroundings.
